This place is a joke they have no idea what they’re doing half the time they make so many mistakes and then they try and blame you the machines are worthless, they constantly try and blame the donor when they machines and staff have no idea what they are doing one day there a bagger at HEB next day they’re a high-tech medical technician at a plasma donation center just look at the staff every time you go there they change this place has a lot of problems they’re very quick to keep blaming the donor over and over for their own mistakes

I had a interview that went very well. It took 3 weeks to get hired with this company that I was really looking forward to work with, as my orientation day approached I got very sick and they did not let me work or at least give me a extra day and my position was offered to someone else. This company claims to care about their employees but in my case they didn’t! Be careful if you decide to work here!

Edit: It’s been over a year since I’ve donated plasma here, but I noticed I originally gave this a five-star review. I actually stopped donating at this location because they made me feel like livestock. They may make it sound altruistic, but after the first month that quickly goes away and it feels exploitative.

Ive been here twice i went to go get papers to verify it’s been a year since I’ve got a piercing cuz that’s what the lady told me to do and it’s rediculos that ive had to come back twice and I have to come back again cuz I left the perimisus it’s ridiculous
