A few things has changed, mostly for the best. They have a rewards system you can sign up for to receive points towards gift cards. Each donation is 100 points and each survey per donation is 25 points. Add your number once you sign up and you’ll receive text messages from them regarding a bonus of $5 for your second donation of that week. I have attached a pic of the most recent payouts.

I was about to donate again until I seen this I ♂️ left real fast drop prices ♂️ on everyone I use to get on My 1st Donation was 25 2nd was 50 now they’re trying to give me 35 on my 2nd donation I’m fine I come here after work just to make extra money but no more I rather pick up cans and give up my plasma for that little bit of money lol

I went for my first donation and it was a very easy process. It took 2 and 1/2 hours and a few steps, but the staff is extremely helpful and most are very friendly. I live less than 10 minutes from the location and the $75 was already on the prepaid card when I got home.

UPDATE: Switching ownership I know is out of the staffs control. Business is business. Until demand exceeds supply the payouts [per pound] will remain. So I suggest you find another center to contribute to til they revise their payouts accordingly. I could understand the less you pay the less time it takes but that’s not the case.

First of all I am grateful to be able to donate and get “free” money. However, I am also donating my time for a good cause and for the staff to have a job. About 2 weeks ago I showed up and they were “out of supplies”. No big deal (but that is your business, so how’d that happen…poor management). So it changed my days. Down to the last week of the month and my 7th & 8th donation in order to get the bonus. Guess what donation #7 is a no go because their systems go down! So now I loose my last weeks donation fee AND the bonus. They close early on Monday (NYE) & I work a full day. Poor, poor management! After the computers crashed they didn’t even provide customer service and make an announcement, they just left everyone wondering. Again, poor management.

While I feel like they try there are definitely way to many people who want to donate for how staffed they are, making it appointment based would be better. I came in as a new donor and waited 3 hours to finish my sign in I’m sure I had another 2-3 hours before donating plasma so I jut left. Be sure you have a ton of time or come in super early.

Everyone was friendly and even got a +5 dollars just for being military/student!!! Best center I’ve attended this far pain free first donor experience. Employees were empthathetic towards me for long wait times as I did go during a busy time. Will be going back.

I donated plasma with this place and my money was not on my card till later that night. Several donors had experienced the same thing and was pissed. We all were standing in front of their building because we wanted to know why our money wasnt on our card. Of course they played like they were closed and wouldnt open the door. Donate with them if you want to, i would stay up there till my money is on my card.
