Some of the people working up there probably skipped the class on HIPAA. They’re great at miscommunication, wasted trips, and they don’t call back. Complete disregard for my privacy. If you’re currently on or were on mental mood stabilizers don’t waste your time up here.

I have been coming here over a year. Appointments are required now and I am waiting a minimum of 1.5 hours before I can even donate. My appointment was 12:15 today and I was here on time and have been waiting 1 hour and 15 minutea so far. Corp needs to help out. It should not take 2 1/2 hours when you are required to make an appointment.

Usually I don’t have an issue with ImmunoTek. But on Wednesday of this week I felt unsafe. The first nurse that stuck me with the needle was on her phone and wasn’t paying attention to my arm. She restuck me at least 5 times. Then, she called over another nurse who took the needle and carelessly shoved the needle all the way into my arm. She apparently assumed that I had “deep veins”, which I don’t have. Obviously the needly wasn’t in a vein, so they had to unstick me from my right arm and use my left. When I finally finished donating, the first nurse forcefully pulled the needle out, and I bled through two sets of gauze pads before she wrapped my arm excessively tight. I was very unsatisfied with my visit and I now have a bruise on both arms. So I can’t donate again until they heal up.

Appointment 10:45, second time having to wait. People walking in and out. Cooperate need to help out. They are over 2 hours behind. Floor is dirty. They always on there phones. Talking while they should be working. Company is bad

I as many people need extra $ and this is an easy and so very beneficial way to make fast consistent good $. I was so very pleased with how the staff received me. I found them gentle, fun loving and genuine. I have gone twice now and actually look forward to going again soon.it is very conveniently located, the money is great and the staff even better. After I moved, I needed help getting my paperwork together so that I could donate again. Nakeya H. went out of her way to help me get what I needed. She was always thorough and nice when I would bring in more paperwork. If it weren’t for Nakeya and all the rest of the ladies at Immuno Tek, that includes you, Larissa, I would not be able to donate. Thank you all for all your help. They are a great bunch of ladies and they always take care of me.

I have been coming here for a few months now and have been pleased until today. Doug and jennifer are wonderful every single time! Today I checked in after a long day of working and the staff member over looked me and let the next person go before me. When she finished her she stood up and said with a rude look, YOU can come on now. Wow! So then she lacked any good customer service and was very short with me! I wanted to just walk out but I decided I wouldn’t let her attitude effect me donating! I really wished that the ladies here would be a little more friendly because getting stuck with this needle is not that fun and this is a nice place overall! I would give 5 stars for the cleanliness and maybe 4 of the staff members. At 5 pm please don’t show that you are tired of your job and give a smile and be nice to everyone! Marquita and Demeria made me feel at ease today and have always been super sweet!

Well I can not give stars to a company that does not care about the customers needs, I feel my time is valuable to me and I am providing plasma to them and they should want me to donate. I was turned away on Tuesday after a long weekend . So they pick my days I can donate not caring what I may have planned for my life, o should be able to donate after 2 days Tuesday was three days but they wanted me to come on Wednesday which I could not because of plans, so I found another plasma center which happened to be the same company but different name and not knowing this I went to them to donate and now o find out I can NEVER go back to the plasma center in Horn Lake which is where I live, so evidently they don’t need plasma. So I will go to another who do welcome you with open arms and donate to them
