I love this place! I have become a regular here so mostly everyone either knows my name or my face very very friendly staff who actually respect you! You are treated like a person not a number and I like that everyone is always smiling and it feels like an extended family when I am there very clean facility and well trained staff 🙂

Managment there is very rude. I was not flowing and the return of my cells was not good either. Asked a manager to come assist and waited over 10 minutes for someone to come. Finally a phlebotomist Ashley came over after 100 minutes of being hooked up. And then the management said to go ahead and disconnect me. This was the worst experience I have ever had. But Ashley was great.

The $20/$40 pay is ridiculous for the amount of time spent. If they were better staffed, and the existing staff not spend so much time chit chatting and talking about the parties they are going to perhaps the pay would equal the time spent. Either staff and expedite the process or increase the pay. Business 101.

The line was short and processed very fast even though there are lots of people in the lobby waiting to be signed up or have their temperature taken I was very happy with the amount of time that I had to wait even though they were short-staffed they sure do try their hardest to keep up with the amount of people

Went in on an employee recommendation. Went through all of the testing, dotted all of my I’s and crossed all of my T’s. Seen four different people by the last test. Then went in for the physical after 2 hours of waiting and was told they could not accept my donation because of 15-20 year old scars!!! She was the 5th person I saw, how is this okay!? I sat that for two hours and no one said a thing!! Not right, that’s not good business!

I would suggest taking your business elsewhere. They gave me a hard time to get my friend referrals. Then they give me a hard time when it’s time to collect the monthly bonus for donating. It’s always a fight. Their spin and win is played for favorites. I’ve stood there and watched people spin till they win while staff root them on. Then other people spin and don’t win anything. Then today they missed my vain twice and gave me a 56 day deferral because of it. I understand accidents happen but my gripe is they screwed up and there was no compensation for it.

0 STARS REALLY. My husband and I got there 2 hours ago but decided to leave because there was well over 30 people plus us,waiting to get hooked up ,and four people ready to get unhooked but only THREE employees for that!? First off their computer gave me a hard time yet again just like last time this past Tuesday smh. Than I ask how long it’s gonna take oh they’re understaffed it will be a minute. NOOOOOOO.If most jobs have consequences for slacking employees whyyyy is IMMUNOTEK OK WITH LETTING EMPLOYEES CALL IN ALL THE TIME ON FRIDAYS!!?? My kids have half a day i should of been out their freaken office donation completed AN HR AGO. And it’s trueee if you complain it hurts or needle isn’t right they’re so rude about it! They have a spin the wheel for each second time of the week but has $20 and $10 only twice and has $5 more than 4x on there such a jokee. Reallyy made me start off this morning in a horrible mood smh

You are treated like a person not a number and I like that everyone is always smiling and it feels like an extended family when I am there very clean facility and well trained staff i have been donate plasma for over a year up in Tallahassee i use to live here its relly nice to move back and have a plasma center here to donate twice a week the only problem is i don.t like how munch there pay 20 and 40 there should pay more up in Tallahassee there 4 week in one month 1 week of the month is 20 and 40 the second week is 20 and 50 and the third week is 20 and 60 and the fourth week is 20 and 70 u all should do the same thinks this well bring more people in after all good job happy holidays guys love danny cantu

I am done with this place. They have 1 employee who can stick me and his name is Tim Caroll. Don’t let anyone other than him stick you. Both myself and my sister have gotten deferred to technician errors. They play with your money and are rude when you get upset after they hurt you. I have huge bruising on my arms and so does my sister. Will never go back. I have a job, but the extra cash is not worth the trauma and pain they put me through. They need to put Tim in charge. Bunch of dumb bunnies running this place. Retrain everyone! Hell, have Tim do it and they would actually know what they are doing. I am so pissed. My arm is throbbing. Complete bull.
