I’ve been donating here for about 8 months now. Some of the staff are the most awesome people you have ever met. However others are just downright rude. The system in place is beyond broken. Minimum wait time of 3 hrs plus, and I have been where it has took 6 hrs. This has got to change or I will be changing donation centers. Not worth the time for the little pay. Step it up guys.

I was donating in the center on 09/08/2022 and during my return my blood pressure bottomed out and I passed out. The staff in the clinic was right on top of me, making sure I was stable and safe. I ended up having to be transported by ambulance to the local ER due to my blood pressure lowering when I would stand. I was texted by a member of the staff while I was there to check on me and I was also given a follow up call the following day to make sure I was alright. I also work in the medical field and this staff is top notch. They kept me calm while they worked to stabilize me and were sure to check on me during my ER visit and afterwards. Tia, Veronica, Shalonda, and Danielle all helped take care of me that day along with Teresa and I am so thankful for all of the work they did. They made what could have been a terrifying situation much easier to get through and I am so appreciative of that.

I’ve been here for over 2 hours,no one’s told us why we’ve had to wait for this long, and when you do ask someone why it’s taking so long, they have an unprofessional attitude. It’s very obvious this place is not ran effectively, and needs new management or something. It also seems to me that if you know someone working here, you can get in and out in less than an hour but if you don’t, you’ll spend well over 3 hours waiting.EDIT:it has been two days and I still have not been contacted.

Employees are wonderful during the screening process. The certified Phlebotomy techs are blatantly rude and extremely unprofessional!!! The treatment I received as a new donor is unimaginable! Also, they are friends with a lot of the donors. That can create a conflict of interest.

Horrible experience!!! Had to ask for toilet paper in the latrines male and female. The waiting room desk stunk of Marijuana. They had people sitting in chairs for 3 or more hours!! I left after 3 hours of waiting. Ridiculous and I’m a seasoned plasma donor by far the worse place I have been 2

Alex and all the rest of the crew here are AMAZING! They all go out of their way to make you feel welcomed and a top priority. I really feel like family when I walk in. I also have to mention how clean and sterile the environment is.

My husband has been here since 6:45 am. Standing in line didn’t get screened until about 9 am and people are being put ahead of him in beds that were screened after him. Immuno Tek you all need to get it together. I go to a different place and I was in and out and done and back to this place before he even got screened. Do better Immuno Tek.

I’m trying really hard to survive in Albany Georgia,,so donating plasma is extremely appreciated because I’m 52,and raising my disabled son alone, while I myself am disabled,, I’m also a black woman who’s had to sue the city and the USA on account of my civil rights being violated I’m currently in another litigation for the same reason,,I’m saying this to say in Albany Georgia there will be lots more citizens fighting for their human rights,,,I’ve had to complain about being mistreated by your staff,, because,,,they mistreated me,, so now I’m completely appalled,,the entire staff are retaliating against me,,i you have lots of cameras and staff,so the fact this has continued,,,your entire store are envoled ,,,I’m being bullied and denied access because I’ve made complaints,in the past,, in fact the old crew have recruited the newly hired, to lie to me about my health, and turn me away,,it sounds pretty petty, and trust me every single violation of a person’s civil and human rights,,are petty,, when one human takes his personal opinion and enforce his entire staff to perpetuate the discrimination,, infact given the nature of the business conducted in your establishment,,, needles, blood, plasma, ETC THE GRAVITY OF POTENTIALLY DAMAGING BEHAVIOR,, THE DAMAGE COMMITTED BY YOUR STAFF IS IN THE BILLION’S,, FOR LIABLE,,,I HAVE NOTHING BUT SELF RESPECT,, LOVE AND GRATITUDE FOR Life AND THE DESIRE TO BE MY VERY BEST SELF AT ALL COST,,, I WILL NOT ALLOW Myself TO BE HUMILIATED AND ABUSED BECAUSE YOUR STAFF, HAVE POOR MORALITY AND VALUE,,, IVE CONDUCTED MYSELF IN THE SAME MANNER ID LIKE TO BE TREATED,,, SINCE WER ON THE SUBJECT,,MY FIRST COMPLAINT AROSE,,WHEN I NOTICED A FRIEND,, APPARENTLY OF Your STAFF SKIPPED,,ALL OF US WHO WERE THERE A COUPLE HOURS BEFORE THE FRIENDS ARRIVING,,So I ASKED THE STAFF AM I BEING SKIPPED SHE LOOKED ME DEAD IN MY FACE AND SAID,, IT PROCEDURE,,, FOR NEW DONORS,,, OBVIOUSLY THAT’S A LIE,,,SO THAT CAUSED ME TO LEAVE YOUR CENTER ALONE,AT 10PM, without transportation,,, none the less I put in my complaint,, and the nurse has proceeded to misuse me, by skipping me and taking me out of que,, lie to me, and incite all of your staff to retaliation,, and she was dead wrong,, then lied about it,,, I also believe the complaint was ignored and nothin,, resolved,,, clearly,,,this is unexceptional and unacceptable,, behavior for medical professionals to participate in,,, this is on the heels of some very serious intentional and egregious,,illegal misconduct which is criminal,,and civil rights violations,,, from the first complaint to this one,, no one has reached out to me at all,, except RETALIATORY
