Krystal, Mel, Bristol and Ms. Sue make it worth coming here every time I walk in. I’ve been a loyal donor since the center has opened, and of everyone I’ve met here, they all make the experiences great. They are all courteous, kind, pleasant, careful with their donors and skilled. At this point, I come to the center in order to be able to see them. I thank each of them for their hard work and look forward to continuing to be a donor here going forward!

Extemely clean environment at this location. Inconsistent patient care. Some of the staff were warm with a bedside manner. Repetitive initial assessment procedures & follow-up procedures afterwards. Staff were not all on the same page at this location. They did not show me scheduled for my follow-up donation appointment, although i received a confirmation text. Great opportunity to help others in need of plasma with a financial token in return. Thank you for the great staff who still see the vision.

Cleanest and most professional plasma place I have ever been to! Miss Debbie was the examination lady and she was beyond professional and kind. Also Miss Sue is one of the best ones there too everyone there though for the most part is extremely nice! This is the only plasma place I will ever come to again! People are amazing the prices are amazing and most importantly the plasma that we give to help these people is in fact itself amazing! Come check it out!!!

Went here for the first time and had an awful experience. Staff was rude and wouldn’t even talk to you. They knew I was new and keep acting like I should know what to do without them telling me the steps and process of how things worked. They would tell me to do this or go to this station and I didn’t know what to do or where I was told to sit. I constantly had to ask questions and wait 10 mins before I got an answer cuz staff was too busy playing around with eachother, that no one was really helping me. Than when I went back for the physical, I was turned down because I had an ant bite on my foot. I told the lady I had step in an ant hill, a week before that and had got bit by one. She told me they couldn’t take me. Even tho the bite was already healing up. At one point I had my arms on the table, waiting and the table left a little mark on my right arm. The lady also pointed that out and acted like something was wrong with my arm. She even saw where it was from the table and even said that and still keep looking closely at it and asking me to hold my arm up like I had a disease or something. Absolutely ridiculous!! I waisted so much time up there and for nothing!! Won’t be back!

Overall nice friendly environment and importantly clean. Some techs there are very attentive and have a magic touch when it comes to setting you up like Preston, Kai, Jon or Krystal. They will take care of you and make it a memorable experience and I enjoy seeing their smiling faces when I come in to donate.

At first when I saw the reviews I was afraid to go. But I made the decision and went to the place and I was surprised by the kindness and humility with which all the staff serve. They are all gentle and very careful with people. It is a very clean and disinfected place and the staff also use all the protective materials. I feel very comfortable and happy to go. I had my first visit here this morning and my experience was all the staff was very nice. I didn’t have any problems. Everything was clean and the process was quick. The tech Asia was very sweet and I didn’t even feel her stick the needle on my arm. All of the people I interacted with was very nice. I recommend this place 5 stars

The phlebotomists are great, but the lady that runs the place, sue, is something else. She likes to play games with people that go there by purposely handing out deferrals, saying your protein is low, but refuses to show proof of results from the lab. I’ve talked to several others that the very same thing happened, but when they went to their primary doctor just like I did, found out the opposite. Don’t bother going here….find a better facility to donate plasma.
