Does pay like promised, most everyone that works there is nice and professional acting. The wait is a little longer when they offer higher payments or have a special but normally fast and courteous. Seems a little understaffed though. Overall good place to make a little cash between paydays.

Sometimes it’s Great Sometimes it’s not the workers aren’t bad at all. Always seem to be short staffed or have workers standing around watching when there seems to be a rush of people. I don’t recommend going later in the day it seems like they take as much time as possible the later in the day that it gets. Any payment issue I have ever had which hasn’t been many they have resolved it very quickly. Just wish they were a little bit faster. They usually only have 2 or 3 people screening which causes a line to form waiting to be screened. The workers aren’t bad at all but the management could be better. Given the benefit of the doubt they have only been in business for a little over a year. I think they will get better with time. They do have the best plasma machines in the market though I will give them that. And it’s not 20 and 40 like the others are saying after your first 5 times it goes 25 and 45 and they always have code words every day to ear and Xtra 5-10$ so in reality you are getting 30-35$ your first visit of the week and 50-55$ your second visit of the week. They also have a prize wheel you get to spin on your second visit of the week which could earn anywhere between $5-$20 and some neat prizes depending on what you land on spinning the wheel.

Took hour and half to get fingerprint to recognize. Everyone had problems. They finially reset computers after 6 people had problems. The staff is pretty much disgruntled and they talk between themselves instead of getting people out of there. I have never gotten out in less than 3 hours and my donation time is 50 min average. Ive donated 10 times but im going in search of a more professional place that values its doners. Their are a couple of girls that are an asset to the company . The rest do not have communication skills.

I have donated at CSL in Greenville before and they are a whole lot better than immunotek. The employees here cuss and talk and cut up while people are waiting and have been waiting for along time they just fill as many seats as possible without starting to pump their blood and they do things out of order and cause a huge back up. And the employees are rude overall and don’t care in my opinion. I would spend about an hour maybe hour and a half at CSL and every time I’m at Immunotek im here for at least 2 hours without fail.

Poorly run! I started donating plasma while I lived in another state. I had no idea how professional and organized that other business was, until I started donting at Immunotek. Check in kiask rarely works correctly. Employees have no sense of time. Talking amongst themselves and with incoming donors instead of doing their job. Not enough employees! Everyone is pleasant and friendly. I’ve never had any problem getting paid. Takes much longer than it needs to, to donate. Need to work by appointments only, and limit the number of people who come in at a time. Wish I didn’t need the money.

This place is closer for me than the BioTech center in Clemson and they also pay more. Downfalls are how long you have to wait the first time just for the physical and giving extensive medical history. My first time was great everyone seemed professional and qualified and it didn’t really hurt. My second time wasn’t so good as the girl who put the needle in wasn’t focused, and made it super uncomfortable on my arm (not like normal) I plan to go back today but will see if I can avoid getting her again due to the fact that I still have a little hematoma where the needle went in 🙁 other than that I love the staff and after the first time it only takes an hour and a half at most!

Either you need more employees or you need new employees. Their paid to do a job and i believe its not talking while the building is packed with people waiting in every section. Then they wanna get attitudes with us cause we’re tired of waiting and speak on it. Its basically like a waste of your day unless you just come here to join the conversation because donations are a hassle for what they pay you. Plus they only show NEW donors appreciation but its more regular return donors than new ones where is the appreciation for us. Like who runs this place cause ive been here while each level of management and corporate has been here and doesnt nothing change. As a matter of fact corporate rep is here now… Still nothing. Its sad when you come at opening to beat the crowds and it still take 2hrs before you even get stuck with the needle plus whatever time it takes to donate

Worst plasma center i’ve ever been to!!! tons of miscommunication between donors and staff. they pay you wrong, forget bonuses, and hell sometimes they don’t pay you at all!!! and don’t try to get their “referral bonus”. my fiance referred someone and was denied his bonus unless he would come donate. when he asked about the referral bonuses in the beginning, he was told he would get the bonus the day his referral donated. they are liars. Rather go to BioTest in Clemson! Now they know how to treat their donors!!!!!!!!!!

giving a pitty 2 stars cause the fact of getting paid for the donations.. It shouldn’t take 4 and a 1/2 hours for a returning donor to give a little blood and plasma… This service is OK but time management definitely needs to be improved. If you go here plan on spending ATLEAST 2 hours minimum.. Make sure you don’t have anything important to do after lol During my last visit I was STILL hooked up to the machine (needle in arm) for over 30 minutes AFTER the machine had already ran its cycle of getting plasma and giving you saline and had stopped.. while nurses are standing around talking and carrying on.. sorry, but thats just ridiculous..
