This place is falling fast. Ked plasma was way better. And it showed. Staff was plentiful and more willing to help, pay was better, sign up was easier. Now this grifols nonsense and they don’t even want to show up. Who would want to be stuck by people who don’t enjoy their job. I don’t blame them, I blame grifols. Ked plasma is better.

This place is an absolute joke! The girls there are young and incompetent! My experience was horrible. They make you jump through hoops. Only in the end to botch up your injection site and then tell you they can’t finish the process. So you wasted 2 to 3 hours and don’t even get compensated because they can’t finish the process! The girl couldn’t find a vein and would not even bother to bring someone else over to check. I know there is difficulty in locating my veins but if you know what you’re doing there is not an issue. So instead of putting her pride aside she decided to jam it in my arm then move it around only for it not to work out in the end. They told me it was my fault that I had not drank enough water. I came back 4 days later and they made more excuses. Now they had no problem finding a vein because they got somebody could actually do their job. Now it was an issue because I had a mark on my arm which they said was bruising which if anything came from them. The so-called bruise was slight discoloration on my arm. No tenderness. It was not sore either. Nor was it purple or green. They said they had to get it cleared by medical. I also think if it isn’t an issue for me it should not have been a problem for them. They did not even get it cleared. They just said no come back again for a third time! It is not easy to get there and people are coming there because they need the extra cash to begin with. If they would have done their job right from the beginning there would have never been a mark!

0 stars for this place they put to much pressure on my arm which cause me to faint, an black out..I drank penalty of water an ate, then this old lady worrying about what I ate like she feeding me, you old hag don’t worry about what I ate just know I did eat,I never fainted in no other plasma place, an here I did twice from the tight pressure they put on my arm, that old lady tried to embarrass me so everybody can laugh at me for fainting, An they post to switch arms if the other arm not working…I’m never goin back here they need to fired that old hag….

No professionalism. When they changed from Kedplasma to Grifols everything was sweet. Cooperate was in the building and everyone was so friendly. As soon as you walked in they greated you. That lasted a month. Now they don’t even say hello when you walk in. They laugh, gossip and hang out behind the counter. Quick to tell you to come back tomorrow. Quick to lock the door at 5:55 even. Seen it done. Crazy they email you to tell you don’t forget to come donate. When you get here you have to deal with nasty attitudes. People who are new and don’t know their job. Ashame, because there are a few people here who actually do a good job and know how to do their job. The point is no one holds them accountable. Also, they forget the reason they are here. To Do Their Job!
