This facility has been where I frequently donate and they are great to work with. Staff is always attentive and professional as well as the facility is clean. I’ve never once worried about donating here. The fact that people leave bad reviews because they think they should be paid for blood donations or because their insurance isn’t covered at the hendrick hospital is beyond me.

I have donated blood in the past, and would be glad to in the future, but…there needs to be some monetary incentive to help everyone in need. There needs to be corporation from the medical establishment to give also. If the need is that great throw me a bone for my blood. Just trade some services for blood and you won’t have shortages. My blood is worth something. I’ve paid my medical dues over the years. Don’t tell me no we don’t do that. Tell me yes, I’ll check into it. Let’s see how to make this happen. This is one of the problems with medical community. No one seems to know anything, especially how much something will cost. It’s got change to get my blood. It’s the cost of doing business! It has been a one way street for too long. Things are going to change.

Now you are Hendrick, I have no reason whatsoever to donate. I have Blue Cross/Blue Shield insurance and do not have access to Hendrick. Maybe convince Hendrick to allow BC/BS insurers??? No motivation to help Hendricks. Think about it.
