The staff was very in tune with our dogs. They took care of dogs the way we would. Very attentive and soothing. Out dogs were relaxed throughout the whole process. The staff took the time to explain everything to us, the process, how typing was made, everything. If have a dog between 1-8 years old and 80 pounds, this in an invaluable service to provide to other dogs. They also service cats. Highly recommended.
