This place SUCKS!!! Very unorganized. Rude head of staff lady. Slow as all hell. People still using pens and paper not modern technology. The machines are outdated. There is no way it takes 1 hour and a half to filtrate 880mL of plasma into a bottle! No way!! No stars!!! No stars at all. I had to pit at least 1 star in order to submit this review of disgust.

Good pay, but the wait time is so long it may as well be a part-time job. 4 hours just waiting to be called, not to mention the second wait area, vitals, etc, before you start. Worst center. The rules and facility are designed like a probation office. They will give you a number and have rules displayed on every inch of the facility. This is expected in the hood unfortunately but comparing different facilities you’ll see the difference. I see a lack of employees, management not being respectful for people’s time, and the compensation does not cover waiting over 6 hours in a facility where you can’t eat or drink. Management is responsible for this disaster and needs to be held accountable.

Wait times are extremely long to donate. You’ll spend at least three hours, if not more. They do offer appointmenrs, but I did not save any time by scheduling one. The bonuses posted are deceptive, because the fee schedule shows that the 8th week bonus will be $70, $85, or $100- depending on your donation volume. But this is not a bonus -it’s your usual amount plus an extra few bucks. So I was expecting $70 extra at the end of the month and only received $10 on top of my usual fee. It’s nice that you can sit while you wait here, as opposed to standing at CSL, but it’s very time consuming to donate here. Some people behave like morons in the waiting area and security just sits there doing nothing. Many good people work on the donor floor, but they’re overworked. Most of the time I have to waive for someone to come over if my machine stops. This can create blood clots in the line. I feel like it’s not my job to track someone down to assist me with these issues. I’ve been donating here for 4 months, and it’s tiresome. With the driving to and from and the long wait times, I have to set aside half a day just to donate plasma. The money ends up averaging about $15- $16 per hour, which is nothing considering the valuable service donors provide. I can make more working at Target part time. The pay should be much higher for plasma donors.

I had a terrible experience there once I wrote down all my information, including my social security number. Once they told me, I couldn’t be seen. They said they were going to shred my Social Security number but I ask for it back they refused. The two front desk people are very rude. Bad service. to say the least.

Y’all need to really stop lying in these reviews. This place is VERY disorganized and needs to do better. There is a 4 hour wait MINIMUM whether you are new or returning, just to get vitals taken and then go back and wait some more for a chair to open. Then start the donation process. It sucks to be wasting hours of your time to only be compensated for so little. Unprofessional and not worth it. I left after a 3 hour wait and people who came in after me got called and processed. Disgusted with the waste of time

If I could give them negative stars, that would be more appropriate. This place is dirty, the people who work there are completely rude and treat donors like garbage. They don’t respect donor’s time and make them wait an abnormally amount of time for no reason. Everything is done by paper and takes about 4 hours to donate even when it isn’t busy. This place is appalling. I don’t recommend anyone to go there ever!!!! There are 4 other centers in this area that do treat donors well, so go there! Unless you have a bunch of time to waste, go elsewhere!
