Compensation is good but rescheduling is a hassle. The phone line does t even work to call and confirm your appointment. If you have an appointment at 8am and can’t make it till a later time or be a couple minutes late because of traffic or personal matter they will replace you without notice because supposedly their phonelines don’t work. You’re expendable to them. Just cash out on them for an easy 100 for your first screening and leave. Also if you’re on a call list to come in as a replacement donor answer the first time because you will not be able to confirm you want to come in because they never answer nor call back.
