It was my first time at HemaCare today , I have to stress how happy I am for choosing this facility. from the initial phone call to request info and set up an appointment I was intrigued by the professional and kind service.I had to be a bit late but they still treated us with superb service. The front desk personnel, the skilled nurse made my experience at ease.I love the care they take to make sure each individual is comfortable and valued.I really appreciate the standards they have to make sure the safety for everyone. The facility is kept super cleans organized . And for HemaCare for providing snacks and complementary juice and water to make sure we’re well. I’ve been coming here since 2018. The staff is the best. They always have snacks and food and I believe they pay decently for the experience. I see other places offering a few more dollars but I don’t want to risk going somewhere where I won’t be taken care of. Especially when people are stabbing me with needles and messing with my fluids. In summary. If you need about 200 bucks and have a free day out of your schedule. I say come down here and make a few dollars while relaxing on a bed chatting with staff.

First came in a few years back and I was a bit nervous because it was something I’d never done. Thankfully the staff and nurses were all so helpful and reassuring. Aside from the small pinch from the needle, that isn’t even felt at times, everything is always so great. I enjoy seeing Jessica at the front desk who always greets me when I walk in and the rest of the staff is always so welcoming. It’s like coming home to another family. Thank you all who do a good job keeping us safe and comfortable.
