They are a walk in clinic so it’s first come first serve. If you have time to wait and they aren’t too busy you might get in. Pretty good experience, staff was friendly but clearly very busy. Get there early for your first time because intake takes longer. I was told I wouldn’t be able to donate, but I waited around and they were able to get me in after all.

I got a 50 dollar bonus n when I got there I let everyone see the email. Then when I donated I didn’t get my bonus so I call back the next day because they had close up at 4. The manager said I didn’t show it to her so I can’t get it. If four of your workers look at it and said ok you can get your bonus then u don’t because the manager didn’t see it. If u in the back talking all the time how you supposed to see anything. Make sure the hole place see ur bonus email or you will not get it.

Update: Another update for anyone that cares I’ve had to call this clinic every. single. time. I’ve donated because of some issue. They now don’t count seven days as seven days from your donation, but it apparently restarts every Monday which they don’t explain to you, but apparently there’s a calendar somewhere that says so. The same manager that told me this is the same one that promised me an extra $10 for my PREVIOUS inconveniences, which I never received. Unfortunately I can’t transfer clinics but I’d certainly recommend you go ANYWHERE else for plasma donation that isn’t this center.

Very sad but true the manager on the floor janebal is heartless and unprofessional the sad part is from the first day they made mistakes and blamed everything on donor would never go back there do to management they let people video while donating and talk on phone if they know u if they don’t like u u get told u can’t come back for few days or weeks whatever they like .
