Grifols is a great place to donate. I love it her the staff is extremely nice and actually pay attention to their donors. They do every thing they can to answer any questions or concerns and we are important to them. They make you feel like family each time you come. Extremely clean. I prefer them over CSL. I highly recommend it here

This is the absolute worst place in the valley to donate. I donate and my money is never on the card. I always have to call for them to put the money on my card and it’s never the agreed amount it’s always less than what is supposed to be put on the card. I’m a single mom of 4 kids and dealing with the lack of professional is extremely frustrating. I don’t think these people know what they’re doing. Go somewhere else. There are so many other places you can go.

There is one medical staff that is just plan rude idk if she has issues with me but anytime I go to donate and she is present she will make it impossible for me to be able to donate from making up marks on my arms that I don’t have or saying scars are wounds from saying I have bruises that I don’t have and nobody else sees to just yesterday when she couldn’t find anything wrong with me to deny my donation she simply said I smell bad like a person who’s been outside and has a lot of Bo and that I would not be allowed to donate she enjoys humiliating people n was apparently upset I reported her previous humiliation of calling me a liar saying that the documents I brought from the doctor were filled up by myself and unless they were facts they could not be accepted once I explained that my doctor does not fax documents she then again called me a liar and said that she goes to that doctor and that they do facts my doctor offered to call and explain to the problem center that they do not fax documents but the call was not answered
