Do not waste your time or your gas. Not once but TWICE in one week I was told “We are not accepting new donors.” I didn’t know there was a plethora supply of plasma. Tell that to the people’s who’s lives depend on this donation. On my second attempt I arrived on a Sunday at 10:00A.M, the facility closes at 3:00 P.M. At first I was told to sit and someone would be over to help, then I was told they weren’t taking new donors. All because the employee that registers applicants didn’t want to do her/his job. So today someone didn’t receive the medicine they so desperately needed because a lazy employee didn’t want to do their job. I will not be back and it’s a shame because someone out there today needed my plasma to stay alive.

I came in Monday August 28th because they told me on the Friday before to come in at 7 am. I was there when they opened at 7 then they told me that power went out the night before so come back at 8:30 to 9:00. I came back at 9 then they said that 6 people called in so they were not taking any new donors. I came back at 7:15 August 30th then they said wait until 8 am so here I am at 8:45 they said come back later. The one medical examiner was rude that was there

The people here are really amazing, sweet, friendly, and careing. I’ve never had a complaint untill today June 8th 2023 usually it’s movies on the t.v down low maybe some soft music playing. But today oh no not the case it’s 2:16 and I’ve been donating for 40 minutes and the only thing playing is completely disgusting and disrespectful rap music curse word’s and music about disrespecting a woman.. This is very unprofessional and does not sound like the place I have been donating at for a long time.. If anyone wants to hear some find me ill show videos.

If you’re a new donor they will take you through he’ll & back and honestly it’s not even worth the hassle. Took my sister to donate. 1st day , protein was low , came back the next day & it was a issue with drivers license , 3rd time today it was 3 somthing and she said they wasn’t taking new donors….. She was depending on this to help her with a bill. Also, the lady at the front had a lil attitude. I wouldn’t waste my time unless you’re a consistent donor…. they definitely have their picks && chooses.SMH. .

If I could this place wouldn’t get even 1star. If I wasn’t here w my daughter I’d walk out. I was left in a waiting area close to donar place. So furious. I mean bad. The staff visits a lot, so don’t come at low peak times bc it’ll take Just as long as high peak lol. Yes, they do have favorites. Haven’t even given blood yet n already staff change just wow!! So unprofessional.update: I asked a guy worker if I could run to my car bc lots of clients were in n out, my 2nd time I was told I couldn’t donate. I can’t help I sat on floor. I’d been sitting for hours n then standing!!! They just got rid of me n used a policy they should have told me about 1st time I asked. That’s how the throw out anyone upset like I clearly was. Won’t Ever go there again n don’t recommend it. You just might get targeted too.

Such a great plasma center. The workers are so welcoming and friendly! Always making you feel truly appreciated. Kudos to the staff on their long and busiest days. Not everyone is patient and understanding with staff when they’re extremely busy and at times understaffed so I apploud all of their hard work. Love this place.

Super relaxing environment. The staff is super nice. On my first donation I kinda freaked out a little bit they were so great and helped me calm back down. EDIT to add my experience from today so, today was my second donation and it’s still amazing. the first time my blood pressure dropped and I freaked out the whole team worked to get me back to normal and calm me down. I made it to 98% completed when that happened I was so upset I didn’t get to finish.. so I made sure I drank plant of water and ate plenty of protein yesterday and this morning. I was determined that today I’m making to 100%. today I had staff checking on me randomly to make sure I’m still doing okay which was welcoming. but I got to 96% and started to get nervous, so I called a staff member and she talked to me to keep me distracted for the rest of my donation. that was amazing. I cried happy tears. I’m so happy there is a nice friendly caring staff always there, even for the little stuff.
