Been going here for years. Always a pleasant experience. Everyone is polite and professional. They know returning donators by name and give a warm welcome. They make donating a painless experience and give great information how we can minimize the time we take donating (stay hydrated and avoid fatty foods the night before)

I love the staff here, but this company is a mess. They are not consistent in how they pay donors, and they move around hours for new donors which they don’t get because the pay is low for th region. It’s obvious they overwork their employees because it’s like the same 10 people running this place. For new donors, it used to be 125, now it’s 100. For continuous donors, it’s 40 and 75- even though they started at 40 and 80. This company would rather skim $5 than to reward donors. If you go to CSL they pay you 1100 for your first month vs 400 in two weeks, and they pay consistently 60 and 60 with rewards for regular donors. On top of that, if you’re a returning donor, past the 6 months, Grifols doesn’t offer the new donor pay. It should be embarrassing for this company that they have to pinch pennies despite getting people’s plasma at a discount. Don’t bother with this company and just donate at CSL which is across the street.
