So now this place instead of closing early just tells you that your levels are too low to donate so that you have to leave of the four times I’ve donated last I’ve been deferred 3 and even the last one the lady said my levels rebounded so quickly it made no sense how I was So low in the first place. This will be my last time coming and I suggest anyone else choose a different location as to not waste your time I’ve been coming here for about 2 years and this is the final straw now that they’ve done this.

This place just needs to be shut down & send the employees they have to another facility. There are never enough workers here. Everytime I come here I’m here for hours. Here now & have been here for over 2 hours & I still haven’t been called on the table to donate. Money is not worth this. This building is a disgrace compared to the other centers I’ve been to. Definitely my last time at this destination.

this was my first time ever donating so i thought i’d be there all day but i was in and out in less than three hours which was nice! the security guard greeted me and was very friendly and helped me get started with registration (i didn’t catch his name tho :/) I also really enjoyed Sandy, she did my physical and screening process. she was very personable and we had a lovely lil chat. also shout out to melissa for sticking me in two seconds flat and making the worst part relatively painless for me 🙂 shes clearly the stickin queen around there cuz ppl kept requesting her help compensation was on my prepaid card within five minutes. i’ll be back but ima bring a blanket next time cuz i was a whole popsicle by the time i was done lol

The Staff are friendly for the most part but they never have enough people helping out in the front, which makes the process more longer. I always see bosses just walking around, not doing much when there be a long line in the front.

My experience since the first time I walked in was amazing. My first interaction was with Jared. He explain everything about me giving a sample and what to expect. The second time I came in I was discouraged and I even was told by the representative that she would go get someone and never did. That is when Mary had came to me and assisted me. If it wasn’t for Mary and Jared then I would have went somewhere else. I am appreciative for their customer service. I will be returning.

I was turned down from donating because my phone can’t use their app when there was a perfectly functioning kiosk available. They have no problem casting away long term donors. Too many problems with this place. I’m not sure who is running this location now, but if they are trying to make themselves and their donor center look like fools, mission accomplished!
