The staff is always nice but the Grifols system could be better/quicker process for donors. I can donate in 25-35 minutes but due to their screening system I generally have to set aside 1.5-2 hours because they appear to be short staffed most of the time. Today I was there 2hr and 10 min with a 32 min donation time. Sitting and waiting that time frame during a “slow time” is absurd. I feel there’s no explanation and only shows that the current system they’re using doesn’t work well. I have been a plasma donor for many years but have donated with Biolife. Biolife had a great system and I was always in and out of donation in less than 1 hour. Unfortunately Council Bluffs doesn’t have this type of facility.

Pretty good place for some side cash, however be careful while pumping because twice the staff member that stuck me didn’t get far enough in and the the needle fell out.

I think that everyone should donate plasma if possible. It’s crucial for research and you get paid: win, win. I donate in fargo as well and I do have to say they have a much much better system. Here I’ve had to wait a very long time and that is something I’ve never experienced before. Staff is very nice though.
