I have been donating here fairly regularly for the past few years and have never had any big complaints. There have certainly been times where I have had a longer than expected wait time but those have been far and few between. Most of the time I have been able to donate in less than an hour and a half give or take.

The staff are all very helpful and make you feel very much at ease. The sign up process is understandably a bit long and tedious, but worth it knowing that you are helping those in need! After your initial processing there is a website you can go through which makes your follow-up appointments much quicker and more efficient.
