Had to wait over 5 hours, give them extremely personal information including ssn and fingerprints just to be told after they got all of my personal info that I needed a doctors note because I’m diabetic. A simple sign or a staff member stating that fact at the beginning of the process would save people hours of just sitting there just to be told “sorry, thanks for your patience ” if I could give negative stars I would.

When I got there, the lobby was full of people waiting for their appointments. I overheard some people that they’ve been there since early in the morning and still haven’t been seen. The staff were unprofessional, inconsiderate of others personal information, and there was miscommunication amongst the staff. The overall cleanliness of the facility is also not what I expect from a place that deals with personal bodily fluids. I would not recommend this facility.

Place is very disorganized and disqualified my husband and myself for living in a fifth wheel!? Read an entire binder full of risks legal and info practices with no mention of this ridiculous rule of living in a 5th wheel . Referred two people for this place and will never do that again.

Have been coming here for months, great place to donate. Megan is one who I ask for here. Does a great job when it comes to people that have veins hard to find. But a shoutout to everybody that works here. Always in great moods.

They are super organized and streamlined now, compared to past years. Staff are super friendly and fun. I’m usually in and out in 1.5 hours.

The equipment and/or staff at this location are incapable of properly taking my blood pressure, and frequently blame my arm size for their issues. Today, while their medical staff was training someone new, they told their trainee the likely reason the blood pressure cuff read back an error was because my arm was too short… Previously it’s been because my arm is too skinny. I guess their equipment having difficulty getting an accurate reading on my arm while BestMed, Planned Parenthood, and every other doctor I see is able to get an accurate reading the first time every time must just be my luck?

Their Manager Soriah is Great!! She is constantly either asking employees how they’re doing or if there’s anything she can do for them or greeting donors with a Great smile. I’m not sure how but it seems like she knows the name of just about every donor and makes them feel welcome and at home. I’ve been donating for around 14 years and she has the W8th Eugene location running better than I’ve ever seen it. Thanks!!

Donating is a great way to earn some extra cash and do something incredibly selfless for people that are in need. The staff work really hard to make your donation experience as quick and smooth as possible!

Probably the worse experience ever when I first started donating a year ago my wait time was maybe 45 minutes at the longest now with new machines people either quiting or being cut because the position is no longer needed my appointment was for 530 its 800 and I just got seated in the back yet there’s still 7 people to be hooked up before me if 0 stars were an option I’d definitely choose it sad that my previous review was to get an extra 5 because I had been waiting for so long
