I love the staff here! They are always helpful and friendly and explain stuff when I’ve got questions. I’ve been going for 3 years now and it’s been a blast getting to know Diego, Lee, Gaby, Miranda, Helena, Lacy, and so many others that I’ve become good friends with. Friendly suggestion too, always plan for at least an hour and a half minimum donation cause sometimes they get really busy and have patience with them as they do a great job keeping up.

I agree with many of the positive comments. As a whole, the staff is awesome and friendly, that’s why I give you 5 stars. However, I’m pretty upset tonight. I waited just over 20 minutes to get disconnected all while others who finished after me got disconnected. What I witnessed is easier to explain in person if someone cares to contact me. I’m still upset about seeing what happened.

Brandon B. is the best phlebotomist I’ve ever had. I’ve been poked a lot in my life from past medical stuff & pregnancies. He has the best bed side manner & makes you feel like you personally know him & makes it a great experience every donation visit. Communication with patients is so good, Plus his skill is great! The faculty are nice and the phlebotomists are no issue but the wait time is insane. They have only one person screening at a time for the entire facility so wait times are well over an hour and that’s not including the time that it takes to actually donate. Other Grifols facilities I’ve donated at never had this issue and were much more streamlined and efficient than the cedar city one.

Unreasonably long wait times. You can expect a standard donation to take nearly 3HOURS, Most of which you’re sitting in a waiting room watching 1 person screen people while 5 screening booths sit empty. Just to go back and sit and wait upwards of 20minutes to get started.

I’ve been donating here for a few years now and it’s been a great experience! The staff are always friendly and make me feel valued. Levi in particular is amazing. He greets me with a smile every time I see him, and he goes the extra mile to ensure that myself and other donors are taken care of.

I’ve been donating here for years and have seldom had issues. The staff is friendly and always helpful. Front desk workers like Levi and Jess make sure I feel welcomed. Getting stuck by Gabby or Brandon is awesome because I hardly feel it and never need to be adjusted. Yea it takes a while and there’s often a wait out front but im still done way faster than I used to be.

I have been going to this Grifols location for 8 months and have loved every visit. The staff if very friendly and knowledgeable about what they are doing. If you are new to plasma donation or a seasoned veteran this center is top of the line, they have been updating and figuring ways to streamline ever since I’ve started coming here. Staff is always friendly and decent at their jobs. However… You never know how long they will take to process you. It can be as quick as 5 minutes out longer than an hour. NEVER donate if you are pressed for time or have to go to work unless you plan for about 2 hours from your appointment time. It is so unpredictable as to how long it will take for “your turn” to donate. Also never show up early as they will just make you sit and wait until it’s “your time”.
