Have been donating here for years, and have always had a great experience. Any complaints are regarding things out of the center’s control – staffing shortage (everywhere), deferral (me), or altered donation times (staffing shortage). The staff is so fun, I love being able to chat and connect with people during my donation. I appreciate how thorough they are about making sure donors are healthy and good donation candidates. Also, physical exams are soooooooo much less weird here than other centers I have donated at in the past!!

They gave me a form for my doctor to fill out. Same form, twice. Said they never got it, twice. Handed it in myself. Rude. Feel like I should be reimbursed for gas money. Seriously, it’s been a month! How do they keep donors? Poorly run.

Best center in the valley and I’ve been to many over the years. Best bonuses, friendly staff, I’m always in and out in about an hour. Sure, things outside their control happen sometimes but the staff have always done their best to resolve what they can.
