Great center. Always looks clean and they move things along fairly quickly. If you’re nervous about needles, Alexa is the one to ask for! She’s very quick and good at what she does, I barely ever feel it when she sticks me. You can tell she knows her stuff!

I’ve been donating here for a little over a month now and so far it’s been nothing but a good experience. If your are eligible to donate, I would definitely recommend this place! The staff has been nothing but nice and professional each time I donate. James, Jason, Kennedy, Liz, Cole and Flin, to name a few, are some of the ones I have interacted with the most and they very helpful, professional and answer any question I throw their way. The location is clean and it has a very relaxing atmosphere. It was a little tough getting in for my first donation. You have to call first thing in the morning to make your first appointment, but it was worth the effort. The first appointment takes several hours, so be prepared for that. But after that, you can schedule online on the day and time that works best for you! The compensation is totally fair in my opinion, but more than that, it feels good to be able to give back to those who need plasma! They make sure you are comfortable for the entire donation time. Cole was super helpful on my 5th donation. I did eat before I went to my appointment but not the 2 hrs before as recommended. I ended up feeling nauseous, light head and felt dizzy. He dropped what he was doing an helped me body get back to normal. I have been back many times since then and I’ll continue to donate for as long as I can. Especially if it means helping someone in need!

Today I went into Grifols to start donating again. Angela the nurse was allegedly going to help me she started by asking me a bunch of questions which I asked why was this the process as I was told the process was simpler on the phone. Obviously I had a “poor attitude” as Angela told me in her still cheery voice.

Husband donated there for years now all of a sudden they are declining him over making him “draw lines” on a diagram to where his tattoos are located. Before they only made him draw a line to the areas in which he has tattoos, now forcing him to draw a line to each individual tattoo, because past paperwork different rules applied, the former drawings are differing from the new one based on different instructions from staff. I don’t see how this is our error or problem, however this place has always been a nightmare to donate at. Find other donation centers where the staff will treat you better and not like trash.

The staff are just okay and the compensation is horrible. They never raise it or do any promotions besides the buddy bonus! And it is not even comparable to the $650 a month I made donating at Biolife. Unfortunately this is the only place to donate in Pocatello.

I had a great first time donating. Lumen and Krystal were awesome! They took care of me from the moment I walked in. They made sure I was informed, safe, and ready so that I felt confident when it came to the donation. It took me about 2.5 hours to get through everything as a first-time donor so make sure to block some time out of your schedule. Overall really happy with my experience and the entire staff was courteous. Thank you!
