Started coming to this center about 6 months ago and slowly I have noticed a decline. I use to have no wait time but now the wait time has been getting longer and longer. They have a shortage of staff and the staff they do have is very overworked. I don’t know if I will continue to come here or if I will find somewhere else to go. My time is valuable but so is my plasma. If the current employees weren’t so nice and welcoming I would of gone somewhere else by now.

IT’S THE CYCLE OF DISRESPECT. THE GUESTS IS WHAT MAKES YOUR PAYCHECK, DUMMIES. If I could give zero stars, I would. Unprofessional/unwelcoming. Gross incompetence. Can’t seem to do anything right. Takes their dear sweet time processing payment. Called 3x to process correct amt of payment. Will point out and slander guests to coworkers. Will lie, slander & defamate character of cst to new center when cst transfers over. It’s open to the public but acts as though you’re an uninvited guest at their house. Will try to stress out and set-off cst. Practices favoritism. Comes off as prejudice.

Went to Grifols on Jacksboro highway for the second time after a bad experience a year ago. I had previously had a not so pleasant experience with an employee and their protocols last time when they sent me a text about a bonus they wouldn’t honor due to it being an error. After a year, thought I’d give them another shot. Wish I wouldn’t have wasted my time. After spending hours to go through the screening process and then they lost my paperwork resulting in me sitting in the waiting room for over an hour without them even realizing I was there, I was able to successfully submit my first two donations back and received 2/4 bonuses when all of a sudden they say that I can no longer donate due to a low protein level which had been submitted on my first time back. My sister is a nurse at a local hospital and I had her double check it because I’ve never had this issue in the past. She confirmed I had normal protein levels and their test was not accurate. After submitting two new protein samples, and waiting 3 weeks on their doctor to say that I was safe to donate again, they stated I had passed my 30-day mark to receive the bonus pay and would no longer receive any bonuses, only the standard amount which is less than half. After everything I’ve gone through with them, I spoke with the manager who was very unprofessional saying “um” every other word and didn’t even fully review the situation before taking the call because she wasn’t even aware that my final lab result had come back normal and that I was able to donate again. She focused more on the specifics of my protein levels and not the issue as if she was trying to explain something to a kid. Her solution after going back and looking at my paperwork which should have been done prior to this, was to offer me $20 instead of the original $100 that I should have been given. They are scammers. Their facility is out of date and dirty and their employees are obviously miserable as they are all trying desperately to get out the door at the end of the day and I have heard them publicly talking about it while clients are donating in the past. After leaving last time and visiting another plasma place, I can now see how quickly Grifols employees are in and out of there like a revolving door. Maybe they need to focus more on people and not the money. I’ve also noticed with so many new people constantly there, it seems to cause an alarming amount of mistakes. I’ve seen many mistakes happen with blood draws and have experienced a couple issues with my own donation. I don’t recommend going here spend your time and precious gift of donating to those who need it at a more honest and appreciative business.

I was referred here by a friend because they are suppose to give better compensation for donations then another nearby facility. If that is a plus, the negatives demonstrate more. I visited this place on tuesday in may. No one at front desk. New donor fill out computer questionnaire and sit in new donor seats. NO acknowledgement of my prescense, and after 20 minutes, still none. This tells me that I do not matter to them and wasting my time is tough luck. That other facility nearby I referenced immediately acknowledges your presence and begins the new donor process with a demonstrated concern for your presence and time. I am initially disappointed that Grifoils does not care about my wanting to donate there. This place is not an improvement where service does not exist. I will remain with the other place where they have learned the policy of service and follow it constantly. Grifoils is a disappointment.

Absolutely horrendous. Couldn’t even START donating because every time I go to sign up they tell me to bring another form of verification for my address. First it was to bring any piece of mail, so I did. Then I’m told that won’t work, has to be a utility bill, so I brought a utility bill. Then I’m told it has to be a different one, so I bring a different one. Then I’m told it doesn’t have a special stamp from the post office so it won’t work. I did everything they asked and every single time they move the goalpost as if my time is a complete joke. There is zero consistency from these people and absolutely no respect for one’s time. If I could rate negative stars I would. Avoid this place at all costs.

They’ve removed all chairs in the lobby, and the steps taken to speed up the check in process don’t seem to work if there’s only one person screening. I’ve currently been standing in line for 34 minutes. There were 6 people ahead of me when I got here, there’s still 2 people ahead of me… it didn’t used to take this long, AND we could sit.
