This place is a joke. They do not have their stuff together. Can’t even notify you when you can’t donate because you’re blood work was off . Waste of gas driving 40 miles to get to my appointment on time. Yes you have too make appointments now or you will be sitting there for 5 hours. They can’t even work walk ins like they do at doctors . I will not be going back.

I’ve been donating at this facility for over a year. I don’t know if they’re short staffed or if the griffols take over has killed moral. I got skipped in cue and waited an additional 30 mins before i realized what happened. Employee seemed frustrated when I asked for assistance and had told me someone messed up. Fast forward another 30 min. And I’m finally up for donating. Everything was ok untill the machine they had me hooked up to, kept pausing and had to be reset by staff every couple of minutes. It took me almost three hours to complete my donation.

Love this location. Staff member are amazing! I always enjoy the conversation with the staff when I am there donating. Very clean. They try their hardest to get you in and out in a timely manner. Would definitely recommend

My boyfriend went 3 different times and never got to donate he was told he needs clearance from a medical doctor. He even took the time to make a appointment the second time he went for the next day. He never even made it to the nurses to be weighed or anything a waste of time and gas. They might have it like that but we don’t. I think that they should at least pay for your gas if their just going to waste people’s time

The staff is extremely pleasant and helpful. Any information you need they’ve got the answers. Comfortable environment and I’m always being checked on throughout my visit. I would refer anyone to this facility over any that I’ve researched

The pay is pathetic for your donations. Then they put it on a card that charges you .25 for every transaction. Really bad business practices.

I’ve been going to PBS. Tried to jump to Grfiols but it’s a pain to give there. First of all, parking sucks. Staff in no hurry to get you processed. 56 questions on Kiosk. For those many there who do not have a job and have all day to get their money, this place might work. For someone that has structured working hours, I’ll just go back to PBS where they are more organized and quicker to process. Tried to make appointment on two different occasions to speed things up – that didn’t work.

I just wanted to take a moment and leave a review for this place. I use to go there in 2011 before it became Grifols and it was an absolute nightmare. I’m still a relatively new donor but this place is so much better than it use to be.
