I’ve been donating for a few months and never really had a problem until today. I’ve been met with disgusting looks & nonchalant attitudes. I don’t know what’s going on in people’s personal lives but you can’t bring that negative attitude to your jobs especially when you’re dealing with the public. It’s just a few employees not all. I love donating for a bigger & better cause but no one wants to deal with negativity. Please do better. I will continue to donate.

Unfortunately I’m not sure if the lady’s at the front desk are trained this way but looking at multiple other comments I noticed I’m not the only one who had experienced awful customer service from the lady’s who check your vitals , told one lady the thermometer was warm when she put it in my mouth she assured me it doesn’t matter it only reads how hot my mouth is and when my temperature dropped from 99.1 my first reading to 97.9 my second reading I mention “good thing we rechecked.” she assured me that isn’t bad it’s only a 2 point drop ?? One lady who checks vitals complemented a women on weight loss the lady responds “normally I wear steel toes today I have on flats” they made no comment , my dad left his wallet in his pocket they called him a liar and said he was trying to change his weight to get more money ??? Was told they can only check vitals twice , cool but just to prove a point that you do your job right don’t switch up the rules and recheck my vitals 3 times then have a conversation with another employee saying I calibrate everything ever morning and your friend is like yeah I thought so and roll your eyes ?? Never has one of my doctors or nurses felt so disrespected because I speak up and say hey this wasn’t done properly once you speak up for your self here they attack you as a group , It’s sad to say I’ve never had a good greeting at this place or a good experience anytime my vitals are checked , however y’all hired some amazing phlebotomist which is why I will continue to donate and recommend my family and friends , hope one day it can be a overall great experience.

This place is not worth your time!! I drive 40 minutes for them to have everything messed in their system yet again. Yall owe me gas it was your systems mess up.
