I usually don’t write bad reviews on an individual but after having the same experience multiple times I felt it necessary to write this. The male (I am pretty sure he is a manager) with short blonde hair and blue eyes and shorter stature is absolutely the most arrogant and rude person I have ever encountered at a facility like this. Every single time I am here to donate, I witness him be so smug and rude and even talk down to people, and just be so unnecessarily mean and disrespectful for no reason. I don’t get what his problem is but if there was anywhere else I could go closer to me I would. He’s that awful. The rest of the staff is always welcoming and helpful but he ruins it for everyone with his miserable attitude. I even watch him treat the other staff with the same level of disrespect and rudeness. It’s really a shame that one individual can have such a horrible effect on the entire place. Because honestly , the rest of the staff is so amazing here. But he sets the tone (unfortunately). I really hope this company realizes that so many people won’t return due to the way he treats people and makes them feel as though they are somehow beneath him for coming in there to donate. He desperately needs a lesson in customer service and appreciation.

They push donors to use the express kiosk which I have done from when they first started it. However today I watched 5 people who signed in on the computer based one go before me. I ask the simple question of how is this fair. I arrived at the center when they opened at 8. I was signed in by 8:04. It’s now 8:40 and since haven’t been screened to go in the back to donate. What’s the point of using the express when it isn’t.

Should really change your hours of operations online. Your website says you close at 7 but I get here at 5 and you’re closed.

Just moved here and called to ask what I needed. Brought EXACTLY what they told me I needed and was told that it wasn’t good enough. Was also told by female employee that i could donate today and bring necessary proof of address next time to be told by a male staff memeber not even 5 minutes later that information wasnt correct either and i could NOT in fact donate. Now I’m stuck 45 mins from home with no car and no way to get home. Livid
