First time going here, not really a great experience. Not all associates were friendly or polite, entrance is narrow, and really easy to miss. The male associate did also get very annoyed of my parking near the wall and bin. This is why I rated it only two stars.

GreenDrop could not be more convenient or efficient! They take everything, they are fast to collect your items from your car, and they are friendly. They are very appreciative when you actually box stuff up, so I make the extra effort to make things easier for them. It’s the least I can do…they are certainly making things very easy for me! Really, love this place. They make donating so easy.

This is my second time donating clothing and household items to GreenDrop Springfield and I have to tell you that both times were incredibly unpleasant experiences. The staff were very rude and incredibly unpleasant – they yelled at me multiple times that my car was parked in the incorrect place, that they weren’t ready yet (this was at 10:00 AM on the dot mind you). I took my bags out of my car in order to help them and bring them over myself and they yelled at me for that.

Excellent experience all around. Patty was amazing as were all of the folks who work at this location. I usually schedule appointments for pick ups but would almost rather visit this location because of the ease of donating (all you do is drive up…they take your donations from your vehicle and send you an electronic receipt all without leaving your car!). Thanks Green Drop!

Simple and easy! Make sure items are accepted, and then just drive up and hand the stuff over. Employees are very helpful and kind. An optional receipt can even be sent to your email! You can make an online account, too.
