Decided to visit the Goodwill 4 the 1st time in our neighborhood to see what’s good Deals they had and I found a large selection of cell phone cases! The tag on it was for $30 but I paid less than $4.00! Great price for an LG case. there were many cCricket” cell phone cases in different colors, styles and varieties to choose from

They expect you to wait 45 minutes to try on clothes. No matter how long the line is, they will NOT open another fitting room! They have 5 fitting rooms, but they keep 4 of them locked, permanently. Their reason is “Every time we open a 2nd room, we find tags on the floor.” That is a very poor excuse to treat customers so badly. They’re mad that somebody stole merchandise that was donated for free, so they punish the rest of the customers? Why would you punish paying customers? If a thief is going to steal, they will steal regardless of how many fitting rooms are closed.

I would love to get corporates phone number. If you close at 7:45pm please update the hours of business. The amount of announcements for closing time is annoying and the fact that the employees are coming to each individual in the store to informed them that they are closed is a bit aggressive, we are not depth we heard your 10 announcements and the store hours are until 8pm not 7:45pm

We love going to Our Local goodwill stores but seems they are following a process like which shouldnt exist.. yes it’s for a good cause many shop at goodwill.. but this process hiking shouldnt be affect a regular shirt n especially due to it being used or previously owned items.. it’s quite ridiculous to be honest and suprised that goodwill gets away with this.. some of the people are rude dont speak in a good tone even with children.. also none of the associates should be wearing candles or chanclas…they should say hello and greet customers appropriately

Friendly staff and good deals. The only issue i have is the parking. Now that OSH is gone and fenced off, the parking situation isn’t that good. Other than that, I would definitely recommend this store if you are looking for some thrifty deals.
