Very quick and easy location for dropping off donations. However, there are a few things like strollers and dog items that they do not accept. Be sure to check. Even so, the people are very nice and helpful. I’ve gone many times; never having any issue.

If I could give no stars I would. I came to drop off items in ripped jeans and your elderly men receiving the items couldn’t hold back on making rude comments. Oh look at her pants they’re so ripped you know we have a store inside right? Maybe she doesn’t have money hey (to the other guy with him) go give her some money maybe she’s poor. I bet you paid extra for those jeans huh?” And then when I was driving away someone held up a pair of child’s pants and said HEY WILL THESE WORK OR ARE THEY TOO SMALL. I am floored these people have jobs.

They closed early. I drove 25 mins to do the right thing and donate instead of throwing away. Very inconvenient.

Intake associates yelled & shouted obscenities loudly together.. even though they saw many people waiting in cars to make donations. Can’t they wait, till people aren’t around to do this together.

I have donated to Goodwill hundreds of times over the years. This past 6 months I have been there 20 or more times, donating high quality goods, all of which are on the accept list per your website. None of the items are or have been on the can’t accept list.

The guy that was there to collect my donations threw them in the bins very roughly. I could hear some stuff break. I asked if he could remove the books from the tote bags I had brought them in, instead he threw the bags in along with the books. I said I wanted my bags back and he mumbled rude things under his breath at me before fishing them back out. Wasn’t offered/given a donation receipt slip either, the guy just walked away without a word. The whole interaction left me feeling very uncomfortable. Honestly, I’ll probably be donating elsewhere from now on.

Well, it’s not a secret that this is a donation center, it’s nice to drop in quickly and drop off your donations. Staff is very friendly and helpful. They just want to get you through the donation process as quickly as possible. Pay attention to what time of the year it is, and the lines will be short.

Very efficient and friendly drop location for our gently used office furniture. David in particular was extremely helpful!
