Rude man at this location. Closed when stated suppose to be open. It would be easier to just throw my donations in the dumpster than to be treated with such ugliness and no one ever there.

Well, glad I’m not alone. Guy with accent was on phone when I pulled up. Came out and said they were closed. I looked at sign that indicated they were open at 1000, it was 1020. He advised closed for technical problems.

I just tried to drop off a small box of toys and Christmas decorations and was very rudely told no by the older man with an accent that worked there. He said he’d already had 50 donations this morning. Apparently Goodwill doesn’t need donations so I’ll be donating with another organization in the future.

Absolutely HORRIBLE experience with the older gentlemen with the accent. I pulled up 10 mins early (not even realizing it), opened my trunk and got out to help and was yelled at“GO! We aren’t open yet! We have a schedule! GO” meanwhile I’m flabbergasted looking at my watch not even saying anything because I’m so shocked someone would speak to me like this just for pulling up, and a woman is walking up to go into work and says “I’ll take you” so I told him that she said she would take me and he just continues to yell “NO! GO to the store!!” “She won’t take you”. I will be writing to corporate for what it’s worth as this is not any way to treat a customer. Absolutely ridiculous and will never be donating here again.

Horrible customer service. Brought some nice stuff to donate and the employees were just yanking it out of my car with no regard for the items or my car’s interior. When I asked the employee to stop messing up the items and my car I was told that it’s not his fault how we packed it. It was packed just fine but he didn’t want to talk the time to pull one item at a time from the top. No one else was in line so there was no rush. Really rude. Be careful.

Pulled up with a car stuffed full of boxes. They motioned me to pull around back and there was a whole team of people ready to unload my car. I was there no more than 3 minutes! In and Out! Very friend and professional staff and service.

Horrible experience. I was clearly an inconvenience to the girl at the front desk. She huffed and puffed and rolled her eyes as she was walking to open the door. Then very rudely told me to go to the back. #Goodwill needs more positive and happier people representing their company which I thought was in part to spread good will to people…

I can’t agree more about everyone’s comments about the old guy with the accent being obnoxiously rude, arrogant and egotistical. Never knew someone could be so rude and lazy!
