Dropped off a newer television cabinet as a donation. The two men in the back plus my husband were unloading it. The two men yanked it down the ramp and immediately ripped off two of the big round legs. The door came open and hubby asked them to wait so he could close the door. The men didnt and the door hit the concrete and knocked off the hinges. What a waste of time bringing a donation to Good(non)will. This location needs some serious Management!

PLEASE NOTE THE SMALL PRINT! DONATION CENTER ONLY! DO NOT MAKE A TRIP TO SHOP. THIS IS NOT A STORE! Caps for emphasis only but drove cross county because the type that says it’s a donation center ONLY is in smaller print. The guy at the desk told me about FIVE PEOPLE had preceeded me in the last 30 min or so. Apparently this is a very common error and somebody needs to put this rating at the top of the list so maybe when somebody puts in a Google search for “Goodwill, Cumming” this store will have a warning attached.
