I almost went to the one I’ve visited before in Winston but went to this one instead because it’s 2 minutes from my work but I definitely regret my decision. When I pulled up there was a guy out front I asked if I just parked there and gave him the stuff just to ensure I was doing it right. He told me yes so I parked and opened my door and he then angrily told me to pull up and shook his head. So I did. When I took the bags out of my car he was snatching them from me and throwing them at the door on the ground. He didn’t even know what was in them so I’m glad it wasn’t breakable. Just very rude

Very poor customer service…trying to donate items and staff are rude! The donation doors are open and staff inside but they have the area to pull up blocked. They open in 15 minutes. I walk up to the door and ask if I can leave the stuff outside and the lady puts her hands on her hip and says “can’t you wait?” As Iwalk back to my car I hear laughter. I hope I do wait… the dumpster doesn’t make me wait so it will be getting my donation.

A convenient drive-through drop-off center in Kernersville. Staff is always friendly and they help to unload your donation from the car. They also provide you with a receipt to keep for your taxes.

Dropped off several bags of clothing for donation. Staff was extremely rude and yelled at me because I didnt pull up far enough although I was parked right in front of the pickup door. Will NEVER donate to goodwill again!
