This is the slowest plasma center in the city of SanAntonio, and they are never busy i have been to biolife and they are super busy but u will be in and out be prepared to sit here 2 hours they just loligag and move as if they are snails i literally hate coming here it’s just convenient, after today i will not be back though i would rather drive to universal city to biolife than to come here sit for 2 hours EVERY time it’s ridiculous. and they can’t blame it on lack of staff or that they are busy. And they take forever to unhook you they just let you sit they need a manager on the floor at all times

Love this place the receptionist ladies are awesome very polite and well mannered I love this plasma place been to a few and this one by far is the best in San Antonio the place itself isn’t trashy either like most of them are if your thinking of donating this is the place to go for a good experience

People are so inconsiderate of others that are handicapped there know one inside I went with my wife and waiting for results of my donation they asked me to leave cause I can’t be waiting inside for her there’s no posted rules and again the staff speaking on how they like to so I had go out sit in rain cause we rode bus here .
