I absolutely love the Freedom Plasma – White Settlement location in Fort Worth, Texas! There are several workers that make donating a comfortable experience every time I donate. A few of them that I can remember by name are Kierra and Mari. Kierra doesn’t hesitate when it comes to getting donors in and out, all the while making the donation visit very comfortable. Mari is absolutely amazing! She has a very positive attitude! The overall atmosphere seems peaceful, except the days when there’s an overflow of donors. But if the workers mentioned above including site manager (she’s amazing because I always see her putting on the white coat to assist), I know my visit is going to be well worth the wait.

Worst experience of my life, my first time donating and nothing was explained to me nor was I handled with care. I was neglected after been poked three times and in extreme pain. I was given the wrong direction as to when to pump my fist and when to relax. I was then told after pumping at the wrong times for a long period of time, I kept asking for help and no one was responding to me. After the phlebotomists looked at me I was asked to speak with a nurse, the nurse was extremely rude and all I wanted to know is why the machine wasn’t working. I knew nothing was coming out and nothing was being delivered back. I asked them to help me understand why I was hooked up to the machine though it was not working and they just responded that I will just take a very long time to receive my blood back, though for forty minutes the machine said their was an error. The nurse left my machine and without explanation another lady came over and was asking what’s wrong. I said I just want to know what is going on and why the machine isn’t working, they continued to disregard me and I begged at that point to be taken off the machine that wasn’t working, I told them if no one can help me I need to get out of here. The lady said there was no reason for me to curse and in which l responded I haven’t said one curse word since I’ve been in this building and all I asked was for help that no one has given me. I left in tears. I can’t imagine ever going back to such a horrible place that treats humans this way. AND as a first time donor??? This is totally unacceptable. I am still in so much pain.

Great experience here at this plasma center. Great employees very welcoming and attentive.! Need to shine light one employee there that were such a great help to me the day I needed the most was a young lady named Marisela( I hope I got her name right). I Will definitely recommend.!

I’ve waiting for two weeks for this Rude unprofessional Dr. By the name of Seysiara Ahmad! (one with dreads) She is slow, always coming into work late (at least a hr) when she does finally roll out of bed she still makes people wait on her. Her staff are just as rude as she is! The only polite workers was Brittney and Cliff! This Dr needs to learn how to manage her time and be more professional! She sucks as a Dr! And of course since I spoke the truth they’ll probably deffer me

I always ask for Nikki. She’s the best stick and has an awesome personality too. I will wait to have her stick me instead of someone else doing it. Will always stop to say hi and remembers events we discussed on past dates. Totally awesome.
