Today was my first donation. From the moment I walked into the door and had my physical with a gentleman named Mike, through the whole process of the donation everybody was so kind and helpful. My phlebotomist’s name was Nina, she was training a lady named Tammy. My experience was amazing. Nina answered every question I asked. She walked Tammy through the training process step-by-step and was so gentle and kind about it.. She had a smiling warm sense about her through the whole process. I definitely had no idea what to expect when walking to the doors. However, all three of these people I encountered today made this experience a very Educational and welcoming one. I do hope I’m able to continue donating. I listen to their advice and I will definitely implement it to my days. And hopefully, I will be back to donate soon.

I’ve donated a few times. Very clean, easy, and the staff are amazing. I definitely will continue to donate more.

For the most part, the staff is great (though sometimes some of the women spend a little too much time talking, joking, and playing…waiting to get unhooked can be unnecessarily long—stop acting like you don’t see my green light). The appointment system has really made the process easier. My only real concern is with the compensation. The initial payment is ridiculously low, basically forcing you to come back a second time each week. Freedom gouges us on that first visit (their profit margin off of first appointments is absurd). Though I do like going there, I will definitely switch to a facility that is more equitable in their compensation structure when one opens in the area.

Have been coming here for nearly 9 months. They always take great care of me. Brandy on the evening shift is the most efficient! Great working with her every time. Also Shay and Dakota are great each time too!

I will not be making the mistake of coming back to this center. Originally I had a great experience, ~2 months of problem free donations. Until I was deferred for 2 months for infiltrated veins, I come back today as soon as that deferment is up and what happens? Deferred again for the same reason. Their staff either needs better training or to pay attention when shoving needles into people. I will be looking for another center.

I come here often, the ladies are great!! Some to mention who are very helpful, kind, effecient, and friendly. Shay, Erica, Melissa, and Brandy! These ladies work tirelessly to ensure a smooth process. The appointments are very convenient also!!

They wouldn’t take me because my iD didn’t have the SR on it like my social. The girl who was super rude said I just needed to bring a w2 back. Drove a total of four hours there and back for her to say it wasn’t good enough because she could only see the last 4 of my social. Then she said I could use a different iD but it had to have the same address. Which on the website it says as long as you have two pieces of mail with current address from the last 90 days it will work. The girl again said no. So thanks you worthless employee for wasting z60 bucks of mine in gas that I don’t have which is the whole reason why I was trying to donate in the first place. But now it’s on you for the people who die because there wasn’t enough plasma.

Rating would be a 4 or 5 if the staff scheduling in the morning wasn’t so ridiculous. It’s frustrating that they take a full number of appointments in the morning hours, then only schedule a fraction of the staff needed. No problem in the afternoon, but mornings are a disaster. I can’t help but wonder if the person doing the scheduling is new and maybe doesn’t understand how scheduling works. The floor and desk staff are great—they are the strengths. Not so much so with some of the managers and junior managers. Most of these folks are aloof and act like you’re bothering them if you have a question. Overall I give it a passing grade, but it could be better—there’s definitely room for improvement.

Whoa, that’s creepy. You told Andy Kastings you don’t have their information on file. So basically you looked them up when they left a comment in here. That information you have access to is only to be accessed when related to medical business, not checking their social media account. You just broke the law. I wouldn’t check my info, you may get sued.

Very Racist to me, and after following FDA restrictions and a approval letter from my (Doctor) M.D that I was in good health. She questions me about a needle scar that was there from my first attempt of donating that also didn’t go well in which she should of knew of by being her field of work and also knowing from chart/screen she was looking at that I was, just there. If the scar was a issue why move on to the next step. Very unprofessional . People walking in with dirty socks no shoes and horrible body ordors being screened and approved. I wouldn’t suggest this location to anyone.
