Even though there were 7 people ahead of us in line, the staff were efficient in getting people where they needed to be. It was clean and staff were helpful. There was a supervisor there the morning we were there. I don’t know if things would have been as efficient if he hadn’t been there making sure the line of people moved as quickly as possible or if staff would have been as helpful. I hope so but don’t really know.

Go in for yourself, the reviews here do not match my experience. I was worried after reading reviews, but quickly changed my mind. The nurses were nice, friendly and my intake + donation took about an hour and a half. Call in ahead of time to see if they are busy or not. I went in around 11am on a Thursday and was done by 12:30pm.

Tried 3 days in a row to donate. Third day said I can’t be a donor because I have arthritis in my spine. But I see a bunch of crack heads looking for money for their next fix. So if you’re looking to make money for drugs this is the place for you. If your healthy and clean your going to have problems.

I called them at 9 am to see if I needed to make an appointment as a new donor and they told me on the phone that even after the second time of me already donating there I did not have to make an appointment so I showed up at 12pm and had to wait till 4:30 pm to even be seen even though I went onto the site to make my appointment for 2:30pm. The lady at the front desk told me that the only appointment they had was at 4:30 but when I went to the site to get an appointment it showed a time for 2:30 so I chose it and still waited for 5 hours there it is only supposed to take 45 minutes for the entire thing but yet it took them 5 hours to even get me back there and that’s $100 for 5 hours. That is bullcrap now if they were to pay you for the time you sit there and wait on them that would be nice but of course anything to stop them from handing out the money. I am 100% unsatisfied with how they handle things on pretty much every level!!!

Clean facility, friendly staff; this does take time. First visit is 3.5 hours and must have appointment. Regular donors are approx. 2 hours. Often there is a line, so plan accordingly. Be sure to drink a lot of water and eat a snack beforehand.

My initial visit took about 4 hrs tops including donation. After that I was never in there more than 2 hrs. Wednesday n thursdays seem to be less crowded. The actual donation for myself is 25-40 minutes so everyone is different. I don’t think it’s that bad could be worse maybe just get a few more chairs for people to sit while waiting

Don’t do it!! Blew my daughters vein. Put the needle into my muscle. Extremely rude desk help. Had a confirmation email but the appointment didn’t show on their end so was told I was out of luck.

They are never on time for your appointment you’ll sit there some time upwards of 3 hours and then they will find any and every reason to defer you for that day so they don’t have to work most of there personal wouldn’t know stick you if it could save there life all round a bad day when you go in there
