Initial process of getting registered takes quite a while, but apparently after your initial donation it is a lot quicker. I had a wonderful time chatting with and getting registered with the gentleman up front with the beard. (wish I had gotten his name for this review) Great guy, made it go by faster. Also shout out to Paula, super friendly, always better to work with someone friendly than rude when it comes to something like this. All staff was friendly, but these 2 were exceptionally awesome.

Very friendly staff!! They are if on times so if not sure call and ask they will tell you. Money goes on right after donating which is great. I just wish they paid like they do in other areas lol. Paula is great at the sticking and comfort of needle placement!! If you have any questions the staff answers it and if they don’t know the bosses do. Give them a try out be a great way to save money for vacation Christmas even a little pizza money.

Went there today for the first time and will definitely go back. You do need to call ahead and schedule, so let’s get that out of the way. But the staff was helpful, kind, and very on top of everything. Someone started getting pale and light headed and they as a team were on top of it and taking care of the person immediately. They also make you feel good about donating plasma, encouraging your progress throughout the process. Money available instantly. Will be a regular thing for me.

The one star is for not mentioning on the site nor Google maps that it’s appointments only, that’s not my fault it’s yours.

This was my first time n last time donating my experience was horrible the first stick was good then they came n adjusted the needle then I’m assuming my vine gave out so I allowed them to stick again n they didn’t receive anything from that stick then a manager came n told me that I wasn’t gonna get paid for refusing to let them stick me again after the fact that I gave plasma n now that I have finished I still haven’t received my payment I have called twice at different time n all I got was give ten minutes

These folks know how to ruin a day. The time required isn’t worth the result. When they make you wait for hours to start even with an appointment, what’s the point? What should be a simple process is made impossible.
