I feel like for my first experience here it was based off the color of my skin. I was here standing outside before this Caucasian couple. Once we entered the building the guy was the only one with an appointment, and the female was coming in new like I was. I sign in first, give my documents first, and am sitting in the first both. Older Caucasian woman with reddish blond looking hair comes looks at the list, hands me my documents, and ask my name. Yet, she goes to the Caucasian woman first as if you didn’t confirm who was there first. Then comes to me taking to me as if I can’t comprehend what she’s saying. I also had on my head wrap in she goes “can you remove that thing off your head”. Like wow, if this is the level of service here this will be my first and maybe last time donating at this establishment if this is not corrected. Truly disappointing as this is for a great cause.

Front staff and doctor were great.. the phlebotomy woman, old and mean, was very rude and heavy handed with the stick, then made a smart remark walking away because my arm was still gushing blood… I’ll give them 1 more chance, but I’m looking for somewhere else…

Freedom plasma is amazing the staff is very happy and personable! Christina who did my initial screening was absolutely the best!!! The staff that did my physical and my first screening were also very sweet and amazing! They make sure that everything is fully explained and understood!! This is one of the best places to donate!!!
