I did not realize freedom plasma was apart of immuno tek plasma, which is where I donated while living in north Mississippi. I thought the people at this and the other location overall seemed very pleasant. My first visits started a bit slow, though things happen. I have not donated in over 6 months.I’m grateful I am back donating and I have high hopes and feel good about this location. I appreciate the pre scheduled appointments that we set up ourselves.

Excellent experience at this donation center, and they cater to veterans by giving an extra 10 dollars per donation! Referrals are easy as pie. Just need your full name to get the process started.

Really disappointed in this place! I’ve been coming here for a good 5/6 months no issue and the one time my total protein failed I’m “permanently” deferred because there new “doctor” says he refuses to keep patients who fail after fail. Really wanna speak to someone higher up because I highly doubt that is true. I’ve had this happen before and was able to pass the second time. Completely insane!

Today was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had, they stuck me and it didn’t feel like it normally, so they re stuck on the other arm. Normally would check on me, didn’t at all i was ignored. After crying for about 15 minutes a nurse checked on me and i told her the discomfort. They went to give me back my blood, after all the discomfort my light was green and i was ready to be unhooked but I’ve been ignored this entire process so i got ignored more. I Waited and waited. Worst experience i will NOT be back. Ever again.

I had an appointment this morning when they opened up at 8am when I pulled up, they were about 20 people outside waiting. Nobody ever open the door they claimed they did not have enough staff this facility never answers their phone. And they’re always overbooked they schedule way too many appointments at the same time. Please get a better system going. This is ridiculous.

If my review was based on my first visit in June, I’d give a zero. The person incorrectly inserted the needle, then tried to push it way up and blew the vein. Then she and another inserted into the ither arm and the returns were going between the skin and vein. I couldn’t donate for 3 weeks because of if the bruising. Thankfully, Freedom doesn’t make you gave to donate twice a week during the bonus period.

Powerhouse Love
Hands down the BEST place to donate plasma. They are super fast and efficient. The entire staff are all super friendly and in about 20 donations so far, no bruises whatsoever and it only takes about an hour and a half. Love this place and their entire staff ! Highly recommend it!!

This location has been short staffed for awhile. But there still taking appointments at 6 per 15min. After waiting 1hr I was still number 5. Plz adjust your schedule allotment until you are better staffed. Or cut back on new doner pay out to ease the wait time.

Awesome staff very professional and clean facility love Nigel he’s so calming I never have a problem passing my vitals w him love Regis and Marcus have referred quite a few people here and they love it here too I ve been to all of the plasma centers in Pinellas county and freedom plasma is the best one I’ve found
