Porsha, the Donor center tech, was amazing! Each time she sticks my finger for protein, I don’t feel it! She’s amazing at what she does, because everyone else sticks me and I feel it… For about a week afterwards lol And Jessica, the phlebotomist on the floor, is amazing as well! The whole staff is super friendly!

I Love the staff friendliness, laughter and love. Great communication and they all work as a team. Big Shay, Fallon, RaSheen, Shaquita, Miss Tina, Shae, Indi and Charlie they all are very polite. Great personalities and really enjoy the atmosphere. I even enjoy Family Fued while pumping . Thanks to you all.

When I first started going to Freedom Plasma, I was scared because it was something new. As soon as I walked in the staff greeted me and welcomed me in. I have had a good experience each time I go and the staff makes sure i am taken care of and shows interaction . I do have a few staff members that I personally love and feel attached to (make me feel comfortable) when I get there. Shae, Tina, Cleftina, Marrisa, and Italy always find a way to put a smile on my face when I am there or a reason to give me a good laugh. Thank you all for your hard work and dedication to your job!

I would like our community know that the plasma center is an excellent place to be. I love when I first started going there nurse Shay makes you feel welcome like I knew her my whole life but I just met her by going there. Very good customer service. Had to wait a while as a first time donor, but the ladies were working hard to get people back in a timely manner. Everyone was very kind. Shaqueta talked to me and settled my nerves as she poked my arm with the needle.
