I really enjoy going to freedom plasma everybody that works there is very nice and friendly and if you don’t understand how the process works they do explain it to you, and you can ask questions. But my favorite thing about donating is how friendly and positive the environment is. The coworkers all seem to get along and everybody speaks to you. Even if you’re in a bad mood when you go in there you will be in a better mood by the time you leave because the positive attitude of the employees is infectious and will rub off on you and just leave you smiling when you leave. I haven’t had a bad experience at all and every single person who has placed a needle in my vein has done a great job. I feel comfortable with any of the employees sticking me. They are really good at their job but the best thing is they are just friendly nice people. Brittany W, chi chi, Abby, Passion, Cupcake. I know Im forgetting some names but everyone in there is wonderful and nice. They make it very comfortable and friendly environment.

Was rough in the beginning. Employees seemed kinda stressed out. Since the making appointments thing started, they seem more relaxed and precise. Haven’t had any issues since.

I’ve been coming to this location for months and I must say I’m very impressed. All the staff are friendly yet highly professional, they make sure to get you in and out but in a polite manner so as to not feel rushed. The atmosphere is very laid back and comfortable, but above all this place is CLEAN 5/5 overall experience.

The “manager” here is not a very nice person. I don’t have a name but the intake person did not agree with her manager and told my daughter when she walked away. The “manager” placed a cdc ban on my daughter who has been donating plasma weekly for at least 6 months in FL. She made a mistake on timing and now isn’t able to donate. Someone from management was supposed to contact her to discuss and no one did it’s been 2 weeks. The intake person kept apologizing for the “managers” treatment of her as though she was purposely being dishonest.

Rude Unprofessional People especially the ones in the back don’t know how to stick and when they can’t find the vein they dig around inside your arm like it’s a piece of meat at a butcher shop!! Half of them act like they don’t even want to be working there and that makes them have attitudes I will be going elsewhere from now on.

I enjoy giving plasma. I love all the employees here at the Greenwood location. They are always so nice .They all work well as a team . Love the fact they went to appointments. The process moves alot more smother.
