It’s very hit or miss. You may get a good experience or bad experience depending on the caregiver you get assigned to and what kind of day they are having. I come quarterly and have seen many faces come and go. Make a long story short. They simply don’t care. I have sat on a no flow until the blood in the tube coagulated, I have had them miss veins, and speaking of veins they have the “vein finder tech” but refuse to use it. And you better not ask about it because you’ll get flagged as rude to the staff. The lady who flagged me was fired for being rude to patients. How ironic. Why advertise the technology if you’re not going to use it? To save time? Or is it because their staff thinks they ARE the vein finder. Don’t take my word for it. Look at the avalanche of negative reviews cascading around this place.

I think this is a great place. Sometimes the wait may be long , but they are starting a new appointment system starting May 15th. I’m excited to see how that goes. The staff are extremely friendly, so long as you mind the rules, and the beds are clean and comfortable.

Staff is very unprofessional! Some of them will damage your veins being reckless and unaware. When filing a complaint management refused to discuss situation and refused to give corporates number! Not a very pleasant experience,I wouldn’t recommend even if you are doing it to help others , this facility needs to be looked into IMMEDIATELY!!

This center started out okay but then started having issues with wait times, bad sticks and supposedly low protein levels. It’s a shame because most of the people working there are nice although sometime talking about things that they really shouldn’t be when on the floor. Permanent deferral from them because again, supposedly couldn’t pass on my blood work. I find this kind of ironic since my provider did one and everything was well within normal limits. Wrote a complaint to the corporate office and have heard nothing back…

If I could give zero I would. They said I showed reactive on a blood test which was a false positive and now can NEVER donate plasma again anywhere in the nation. Mind you I’m not the only person coming back reactive for this specific disease. Thanks for ruining my relationship, side hustle, anxiety of not knowing if in fact I was infected but no, I got a so sorry there’s nothing we can do…. Well F right off then huh!?!?!?!? This has to be some type of legal action I can take right?

The Yellow team is great, and I’m so glad that Kriste is there to set up my donations. There are some less experienced technicians, but they have all been courteous and professional.

The lady I spoke to was telling me I couldn’t donate because I have scars on my arm from poison oak. I can’t help that I got this and have been coming for 3 weeks and today was turned away. It’s is not fully healed. These people are a joke over some of the smallest things. Don’t go here if you have a bruise or a scar they will be nasty towards you.

This place is the absolute worse. Came in to donate for my first time & I was there for almost 4 hours. Everyone claimed it took me so long to get processed because there was a meeting in the back going on with management. However I was the only person waiting everyone else went in front of me. I spoke up so they began to rush me, one phlebotomist even said “I’m surprised they even allowed you to donate, they don’t like being called out in here” . Once I got in the back all the conversations I heard from all the young ladies in there were very very unprofessional. I returned for my 2nd donation just to be told that I can’t donate because I was out of “dress code” I had on a tennis skirt with shorts on up under. Both covered my bottom completely. I was so upset & embarrassed. I’ll never return here.

I think that the staff is very unprofessional. They talk too much instead of doing their job so because of that we are delayed. They talk very unprofessional like about their personal life and just things that we shouldn’t hear. It’s like they have an attitude towards people because we are getting paid for it like treating us like we are below them. I have heard them say very mean things about people in there in front of me. I just don’t recommend you go there.
