Haven’t gone yet, but 90 percent of the bad reviews sound petty. The positive so far, they see you in a timely manner, they’re very friendly and professional and helpful. Sounds like they follow guidlines and know what they’re doing. If I ever need life saving blood, I hope it comes from here where they screen you very carefully to ensure safety.

I Rate this establishment a 5/5. From signing in your first time to getting stuck my experience has been A1 so far. My veins are very tricky and hard to pin point the accurate spot to poke me. I Love Love Love Olivia don’t get me wrong everyone who works there that I have met personally has their own way of doing things and their all so different, however I usually request Olivia because she is the only one that can poke me in the perfect spot for blood flow, and I barely feel it. Thank you Freedom Plasma for giving my as well as many more a great experience I definitely recommend.

The staff is very professional and makes you feel welcome. I’ve been donating for the last two months and have not had a bad/negative experience. Kathy and Zhane are great! They make you feel comfortable yet are very focused on their job at hand.

I made an appointment just like they asked and apparently they were too understaffed to take me. Total waste of my time. They didn’t even bother to honor their rules for their system. Completely unprofessional.

First, I must say I am very impressed with Freedom’s facilities and the efficiency of the appointment and screening process. All of the phlebotomists are hardworking and vigilant to each donor’s needs. I also must say that Kadijah is my favorite. She always takes great care of me! A prime example of that is at my last donation on 8-1-23. I requested Kadijah. At first, I had issues with no flowing. Kadijah expertly re-adjusted the needle and I had a smooth donation from there. Kadijah has my trust. I also must say I was disappointed to hear another phlebotomist, I think her name is Jayden, refer to Kadijah as an F’ng Idiot and walk off. I realize other issues may have happened that caused anger, but anything like that is best stated behind closed doors where donors cannot hear it. Outside of this instance, I’ve had positive experiences.

The center is very clean, the staff is friendly and it runs much more efficiently than the center on Franklin Rd. If you haven’t visited this center you must give it a try, especially if you are tired of waiting 30-60 minutes to even check in at the plasma center on Franklin Rd. You can avoid the attitudes from the staff as well, this center makes you feel welcome and appreciated unlike the eye rolls and negative vibes you receive from talecris plasma on Franklin road. You get paid $100.00 the first 8 donations then $40 and $95 after that. This center is very well run all the way across the board. It’s like comparing a ghetto plasma center to a boogie plasma center, I will never go back to Talecris Plasma. Thank you Freedom Plasma for giving me the freedom to choose a better facility.
