Highly recommend donating here! They made it so easy and staff was very friendly. All you do is drive up and they take your donations from your trunk. You don’t even have to get off your car! They also provide donation receipts if you need one!

Brought a bunch of good stuff and they only wanted to take the clothes and not the indoor toys because they got drizzled on a little bit, they wanted me to dry them out and bring them back, when they had a bunch of donations outside getting wet, they pick and choose what they want to take from you which is sad! I found someone else to take everything with no problems

This establishment miss represents it’s self as a donation center. This is no more than a 3rd part reseller of ‘donated’ product for profit. Case in point, according to James, the manager, they only accept newer furniture and not gently used, admittedly because its the only product they can sell. Out of my numerous times of trying to make a ‘donation’ to this place, I’m only met with excuses as to why they can’t take a donation. Last time it was there furniture truck is full, this time it’s the ‘couch is too old’. Whether they take your product or not is really based on if they want to pull it out of your car and their opinions for that day.

Normally my go-to place for the past few years with nothing but good experiences. However, last two weekends, show up and out for lunch at random times. Last week was 3.30-4.30. Today was 1:30-2:30. Supposed to be 12:30-1.30. I don’t live close so this is super inconvenient.

Unfortunately, these guys won’t just take anything. It would be a good idea to call ahead prior to dropping off certain big items, or items that come in sets. Just tried to drop off a perfectly good mirror and was told they could not accept it because I didn’t bring in a matching dresser…which I didn’t even have anymore.
