Today was my first time donating and it was a good experience. As a new person donating it took me about two hours to get through the whole process. The staff were nice, helpful, and understanding throughout the process. Definitely going back in the next few days. The money was on the card right when I left the center!

Horribly run, zero sense of urgency from staff. Their goal used to be 80 minutes for donors and now it’s 2-3hrs minimum. 3hrs and 25 minutes the other day. For $45?? Absolutely not. Pay your staff better and they will show up to work. Calibrate your team that does show up to work to stop standing around and manage their and OUR time better. If you’re not going to increase payouts for the donors then you better get us in and out quicker.

I went in as a first time donor when a friend talked me into it. It started out well and the staff seemed friendly, but once they got my information they dumped me in the waiting room #15 in line. Then they had a second line set up for a “special” donor type that got priority and no less than 6 people went before my line even got to move. I spent 55 minutes standing in a waiting room with no where to so much as sit other than 6 chairs in one corner that you could only use if you left the line.

This location is the worst! The employees are often just chit chatting around and laughing instead of setting up or clearing beds! I will see 2, 3 or 4 of them just carrying out a non-work related conversation in front of an empty bed while there’s a line of people. I truly hope management sees this and pays attention to how slow their staff is to get anything done! Highly recommend the Monroe location!

Back in September 2022, I came across the CSL Plasma booth at the Spokane Interstate Fair. As the person at the booth explained the donation process and pay structure, I thought “Why not?” Fast forward to April 2023 and I now have 44 donations under my belt. Over the past 6+ months I have used my plasma cash to purchase all our Christmas presents, save for our summer vacation, and pay bills. I have been very thankful for this opportunity to supplement my family’s income!

The lines are massive not worth it they are lazy talk and take their time to stick people they need to seat people faster octopharma has a better more efficient process csl is a waist of your time and low compensation compared to other donation centers. Just a lazy environment I won’t be coming back

Anyone remember, just before Blockbuster imploded, all the significant rearrangements that were designed to increase customer retention? That is what it feels like is happening at CSL. Here’s the laundry list:

Great location, clean and organized. They are always trying to keep the floor rotating people out in a fast manner, I’ve yet to have an “excessive” wait.

This place absolutely sucks octopharma has seating right when you get to the donor floor csl is a joke they sell your bottle of plasma for 1,200 to 1,500 and can’t even accommodate the life saving donors here by giving them seats or seating as we get to the donor floor instead make us stand in line for a hour or two to get 45 dollars for some hurt feet and legs csl plasma hire some stickers and do better spoken from a donor of 8 years it’s frustrating it’s never ran so poorly.
