Highly discriminatory company. They refuse to let me donate because I have pink skin tones in certain areas. Their medical staff also lied on my charts and their word is apparently set it stone and no secondary verification is required. So they get to lie all they want with zero accountability. Just a terrible place to donate altogether. Racists, especially Olivia.

I went today July 12th to your location to give the second donation of plasma. I was waited on by Madison and she waited on me the first time I went as well. The first time she sent me to the nurse for a physical I believe to check on what she thought was a skin condition on my left arm (forearm to be exact). But I was given the ok the first time and I was able to make a donation of plasma. Today, again Madison pulled me aside because my pulse was @116 (my blood pressure was acceptable). Btw, I was wearing a black, collar, polo shirt with a security emblem on the front and back. I found it unusual that Madison asked me if I was over at the military base. Interesting to me because the citizens of this city are (from my experience) NOT BIG ON SMALL TALK, so I found it odd to say the least. (I don’t know, maybe I’m wrong). So, I took a rest but when I retested Madison said my pulse was still a bit high at 109. I was very curt and opted to leave because I had things that I needed to get done. I didn’t see the point. It wasn’t worth the trouble for me. What upsets me, is it seems I would have had a better chance of getting that second plasma donation done, if I would have had piercings all over my face, tattoos on my eyelids, and maybe some trails down my arm.

Giving new donors only 30 days to receive their $500 bonus when your company has unlimited time to profit off of the communities plasma while only paying bare minimum to your donors and you’re making about 1000 a bottle at least. Wish I could petition for shutdown.

If you have worse employee turnover than fast food as a medical company you’re doing something wrong. Long delays due to short staff are a frequent problem.

I got up early to be here at 7 on Monday I was told I have to wait 7 days after going to Grifols so I show up when I’m told to to be told that they are short staffed and can’t see new donors this is now the second time I’ve wasted my time and gas! So now I’m stuck waiting for there staff to show up and they have no clue how long that will be!

I’ve gone here a couple times but the last visit with my girlfriend has given her a hematoma by one of their phlebotomists complaining about “just waking up” and “being tired”. I find it very unprofessional and hope everyone who reads this thinks twice about coming here.

Made my husband stop going here and find somewhere else. He came home multiple times with a huge bulging painful lump under his skin at the needle site and hematomas. Staff has absolutely no idea what they’re doing. And take forever to even do anything so they should be getting it done right.
