The staff during the morning/afternoon are rude and condescending..I get anxiety every time I come to donate..they like to make example’s out of people who speak up about how disrespectful they are to people…I don’t get it..if we’re saving lives then why are we being treated less than?id recommend going during the evening where the staff are laid back and speak with professionalism

The atmosphere here sucks and makes me feel anxious every time I step inside. The employees are weirdos with neuroticism (anxiety, depression, etc.). This Matters because twice in a row I failed to register a heart rate lower than 100 and was unallowed to donate blood.

The place is chill. They are really clean and no one here is ever rude or anything. Most of the time people are real polite and have no problem talking to me if I ask a question or say hi. They are really busy a lot of the time but I don’t feel rushed or that they are trying to hurry through the steps. The nurses are gentle and always ask if everything is okay or if I need anything while donating. It is a cool experience overall.
