Have gone a few times now and the service has been great. The wait was admittedly long the first time but that’s only because they have to do medical screening and questionnaires (they do warn you that your first time will take 4-6 hours). After that should only take about 3. They are quick to help if you have a bad reaction like I did and are very nice. You get paid immediately on a prepaid card type thing and can use it anywhere. I would recommend.

Wasn’t bad besides obviously the large needle in the vein, I got signed up and donated in about 3 hours. Some food and water was provided which is nice

Friendly service but that waiting area is super stuffy and has no airflow whatsoever despite there being what I presume to be a broken AC unit. The more people and the hotter it is outside the worse the Effect

I went in to donate some blood and I was told I should not donate using my left arm because there was a bruise. I saw medical they evaluated me and they gave me a slip to give to the phlebotomist explaining not to use my left arm. What did the phlebotomist do? She insisted I use my left arm. Now I have a sore massive bruise… Go figure. Next time I come in could you at least try to treat me like you treat the rest of your donors? Being treated like I’m the unworthy of even basic respect and attention isn’t exactly fun for me.

The staff is great! But unfortunately there are so few staff members that it often takes 3 to 4 hours to complete your regular donation. They say mornings are better but it still seems to take 2 to 3 hours. Need more staff! Other facilities I’ve been to have been better staffed with the process taking 1.5 to 2 hours.

Today is the 2nd of February 2023, really wanted to show gratitude upon Amber F. She is very genuine and hard working. Praise and credit very much do to her, does an outstanding service for our community. They are very understaffed and it’s incredible how she keeps charging forward with a great sense of urgency.

Over 16 years, I’ve donated at 7 different CSLs, from Portland to Orlando, to Riverside CA. The friendliness and welcome nature of the staff at the Medford center are by far the best experience of them all.

Service is usually slow, but with how busy it is and how small the staff is, I’m not too surprised. They’re always nice and prompt with issuing payment so that’s good. We did get our gas siphoned here, so security could use some tightening. Overall we’ll be back, though now we won’t leave our car completely unattended. Just things to be aware of.
